Spectacular location! Breathtaking sea views and sunsets from every bedroom. This beach villa is so close to the water you can taste the sea spray. With 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, BBQ and firepit on the terrace and movie lounge, this is the ideal place for friends sharing, honeymoons, family get together. Please note there is no pool, but plenty of swimming spots at the harbour beach bar and local beaches.
Okeanos is built over 3 floors. There is a bedroom on the ground floor with a private bathroom, leading through a cool basement area perfect for gaming and movies. A marble stairway leads to the 1st floor with 3 beautiful ensuite bedrooms. 2 kingsize rooms lead out onto a large terrace overlooking the sea and there another bedroom with 2 singles with a private sea view terrace. 2 of the bedrooms can either be set up as a kingsize or twin beds.
Another flight of marble stairs leads to the open plan living area, with luxury kitchen, comfortable sitting area and bio fold doors open up onto a gorgeous terrace with dining table & covered pergola.
The whole house is solar powered, meaning in hot weather there’s no concern about extra Costa for the air con, the house will stay cool all day. We just ask you don’t over use it in the bedrooms if they are not in use, or to use it with doors and windows open.

Local Area
Pomos is the most remote villa in the Paphos region and is around 90 minutes drive from Paphos airport. Polis town, with it’s beautiful cobbled square, is around a 25 minute drive. The area itself is quite breathtaking and has a completely different feel to most of the island,with a rustic coastline, hidden taverns in the mountains and spectacular scenery.
